JabPNACky

One of my favorite poems is Jabberwocky. It was written by by Lewis Carroll
and is taken from:
Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There, 1872.
Even though it is full of nonsense words, you still understand it.
I have always wanted to "sample" that poem and have made a valiant attempt to do so below.
If you have never read Jabberwocky, I suggest you read it before reading my poem.

I also recommend you click on the link below to read about PNAC (pronounced P-nak) if you don't know what that is, they are the scary dudes that influence our president on war especially in the Middle East.
PNAC

JabPNACky
'Twas scrific and the slimy Rove
Did lie and swindle in the wake:
All flimsy were the truths they drove,
The Press just mused and faked.
"Beware the JabPNAC my son!
The teeth that lie the fist that slam!
Beware the Neocon
And shun the flurious Wingnut sham!"
He took his laptop in his hand
Long time the Wraqmogner he sought--
So rested he by Pontchartraine,
And stood awhile in thought.
And as in feevish thought he slumped,
The JabPNAC with lies defame,
Came scriggling through the sticky swamp,
And frumbled without shame!
One two! one two! and through and through!
The laptop went blog blog blog!
Was plenty read, no sheep unlead
He went cutrunning back.
"And has though slain the Jabpnac?
Come to my arms! my clever Scribe!
O joyful day, no Tom Delay"
He cheerjumped with high five.
'Twas scrific and the slimy Rove
Did lie and swindle in the wake;
All flimsy were the truths they drove,
The Press just mused and faked.
